This tool has been developed to capture the learning from the Communication Champion's project. Designed on the principles of "working backwards from the beautiful outcome" (Griffith & Burns 2014), it aims to show practitioners in schools and settings 'what beautiful looks like'.

The tool can be used flexibly according to the needs of the school or settings; to identify areas for development or evidence areas of strength, at an individual or setting level, as a training tool for new staff or a  source of CPD opportunities ...

While practitioners can use the tool at a personal level, the Hub can also offer some support to those practitioners who would like advice or guidance about developing particular areas.
